Welcome to the PDF Copilot - Converter & Editor App! These Terms of Use constitute a contract between you and PDF Copilot - Converter & Editor for your use of our App.

Free trials may be offered at our discretion. Upon expiration of the initial term of your subscription, your subscription will automatically renew for a recurring subscription period of the same duration at the then-current subscription fee, whether the subscription is weekly, annual or otherwise, unless you explicitly cancel your subscription. If you purchased a subscription through the App, you may cancel your subscription or auto-renewal at any time in your account settings in accordance with the policies of each App Market. If you have started a subscription period and then decide to cancel your subscription during that period, you will not receive a refund for the fees paid for that subscription period, and you will continue to be able to use the services to which you subscribed until the end of that subscription period. We may change the applicable subscription fees at any time at our sole discretion.

4. Personal Data and Security

The App stores and processes the personal data you provide to us in order to provide our services. You are responsible for ensuring that your phone and access to the App are secure.

4.2 Security Recommendations

We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone as this may compromise the security features of your phone and affect the functionality of the app.

5.1 Third-party terms

The app uses a third-party service, namely Google Play Services, which has its own terms and conditions.We use third-party service providers to provide our services. In this case, personal data may be transferred to these providers for processing. We carefully select these partners and ensure that they comply with data protection regulations.

We may terminate the use of the App at any time without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will terminate and you must delete the App from your device.

You agree that your use of the App and its services is at your sole risk. The Services and all materials, information, software, content integrated in the App are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, of merchantability, technical compatibility or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to any services, products or materials provided under this Agreement. We do not warrant that the functions contained in or provided through the Services will be available, uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services or the servers that make them available are free of viruses or other harmful components. We are not responsible for any violation of personal privacy or copyright infringement resulting from your misuse of the App. You are solely responsible for obtaining individual consent for in-App tracking and ensuring that such consent is voluntary, clear and unambiguous.

9. Termination

PDF Copilot - Converter & Editor has the right to suspend or terminate a user's account if the user violates this Agreement.
